About The Booster Developments Booster Pics Flying A Booster Maintenance About Simon

Welcome to SoarFoot.com

If you have a 'sore foot' then may I suggest you visit your GP (doctor). However, if you are interested in Foot launched aircraft then we hope you find the content of SoarFoot.com interesting and informative.

SoarFoot.com is a site dedicated to Powered Hang Gliding and in particular the Booster power Unit. The emphasis on 'Soar' is intentional as powered Hang gliding with the right equipment can offer a lot more than 'light weight' micro-lighting, which unfortunately many Foot Launched Powered Hang Glider (FLPHG) pilots seem to do.

The primary aim of SoarFoot.com is to provide information regarding the Booster, its safe use, developments, maintenance, tested modifications and tips on getting the best from it. Much of the information will be applicable to other power units, but please bear in mind that the knowledge and experience described is primarily concerning the Booster.

It is also intended to publish as many flying pictures and media to SoarFoot.com as possible.  Photography is an important part of flying (even though Simon isn't too good at it) as it provides the best record of the spectacular sights and experiences this amazing sport offers.

Please note that this site is a work in progress and how things develop depend on how much time the Web Master has spare to spend on it and the feed back and support received from users, especially those directly related to the manufacture, support and development of the Booster.

Note that this site does NOT intend, in anyway, to offer training or training material in the use of Foot Launched Powered Hang Gliders (FLPHG) nor offer official maintenance material.  SoarFoot.com will try and answer any questions to the best of it's collective experience, but please note that all decisions are the responsibility of the FLPHG user.
